The hotel was conveniently located near the city center, making it quite easy to shop and move around. The room and service were quite clean and up to standard for a decent hotel. The buffet breakfast was satisfying and had a good selection of options to choose from, that seemed freshly prepared.
The biggest disappointment lies in the fact that during my stay, there was a lack of hot water to take a shower or even for a basic hand wash. This made the experience quite uncomfortable especially during the chilly Easter mornings.

I had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious with modern facilities. The hotel's location in the center of the city was also a major plus, as it was walking distance from the main street for shopping.

The hotel is located in a good area, closer to the Gandhipuram market and in the center of the city. the rooms are clean and decent, and the housekeeping is good. the breakfast is nice and offers a good variety of dishes to choose from.
The food quality has declined in recent times, making it a major downside.
